Alright....So today is my mother in law's birthday. Her sister and husband came down today from Edmonton. So Jason, Lindsay and I head up to eat and visit.....I had lindsay to my aunt-in-law and Lindsay starts screaming her little head off. ARG!!!!! So I take her back (not gonna get a break tonight...) and she screams and screams, there's snot everywhere and it takes me 20mins to get her calmed down. I finally am able to sit and have a little dinner and lindsay's all happy, hanging out on my lap. So I pass her over to my mother in law and everything's alright, lindsay gets a tab fussy, so mil goes to give her a bottle and all hell breaks loose, full on tears, snot arms going everywhere....It's a total gong show.....ERG!! So we decide to try and put her down for a nap, doesn't work....So we finally leave.

Here are my issues.....I would prefer not to hand Lindsay over after she's had a freak out, but I feel guilty and feel everyone will think I'm a hogging her if I don't let others hold her, but on the other hand I know she'll probably freak out. What to do, what to do. Second issue, is I went to TWO baby parties this week and both times had someone hold Lindsay while I take my jacket off etc and no crying, no freak outs....But I visit with family and she freaks out...HUH?????????? Jason thinks it's smoke that bothers Lindsay, I don't know what it is other than annoying.

So there is my bitch du jour.

Nothing else going on here, Lindsay is a joy, she's pretty funny these days, she'll spend most of her time staring at me...Or "talking" to herself.
